Orders are usually despatched the next working day after being placed, via Royal Mail Tracked with signature.
Tracking details will be emailed upon the day of despatch. Standard delivery time is 3 working days from despatch.
If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days after being placed please contact us.
All our orders are despatched on a service which will require the goods to be signed for, so you may prefer to specify a business address etc when ordering, but please note that we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been placed.
If you are not in when Royal Mail first try to deliver they will leave a card, please follow the instructions on the card left by Royal Mail to arrange redelivery.

If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your Loake shoes you can return them to us FREE of charge via Royal Mail for a full refund.
Due to the current situation and Christmas on its way we have extended our returns policy to 60 days! Therefore any orders placed before the 25th December 2020 must be returned within 60 days of delivery. Please note that orders placed online or over the telephone cannot be returned to our stores.
It is very important that items to be refunded on are returned to us in a saleable condition. They must be unworn and still in the original packaging with any labels, swing-tags, etc. still attached. We cannot accept shoes for return where there is wear to the sole – we would advise trying shoes on carpet to avoid marking the soles.
Please complete the Returns Form contained with your original order and enclose it with your items to be returned.
Please repackage the shoes as appropriate and visit the Royal Mail link below to generate and print your own returns label:
Please attach this label securely to the parcel. Royal Mail parcels will need to be taken to a Royal Mail Post Office.
On receipt of the returned goods, we will refund the original method of payment the full price paid for the items returned to us.
Under Distance Selling Regulations you may, before the end of the statutory cancellation period (14 days from the day after you receive the goods), notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org that you wish to cancel your order. You must then return the goods to us along with the returns form as previously mentioned.
Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
