WHAT TO EXPECT
From the second you walk through a Loake door, you will be greeted warmly by one of our friendly, knowledgeable wedding shoe experts, who will focus on making sure you find the right style for the occasion.
All you need to do is submit a booking request via our booking form, and a member of your local store team will aim to call you back at the soonest opportunity to confirm your appointment time.
You will then be asked a few quick questions about the big day, so we can understand if you have any specific colour schemes or style requests in mind which we can prepare for ahead of your arrival in store.
During your appointment, refreshments will be offered, and the team will begin the process of measuring and fitting to ensure the best, most comfortable fit for your feet. You will also be guided through a personalised style selection specific to your own style and needs.
Our dedicated team will also be able to offer any aftercare and maintenance questions you may have to keep your shoes looking their best for years to come and can even advise on the best way to tie your laces!
Finally, if you would like to document the process, please do not hesitate to ask for help in taking a few photographs to allow you to remember the experience too!
